1984 Heipar Enterprise Co., Ltd. founded in Nankang factory,Taipei, Taiwan.
1988 The second plant was set up in Tong Luo Industrial Park, Miaoli city, Taiwan.
1993 Shin Zhan Machine (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. was set up in Wuxi city, Jiangsu province, China.
1995 Echnology co-operation started between Heiphar Enterprise and Nippon Paint Plant Engineering Co., Ltd.
1998 Shin Zhan Machine Co., Ltd. was set up in Taipei city, Taiwan.
2000 Add professional painting mills.
